Welcome, Women, Work & Calling!
It was so great to be with you at the WWC26 Annual Event.
My name is Ruthie Kim, and I’m an executive coach with Novus Global, an ordained minister, nonprofit founder, writer, and speaker. I coach high-capacity women—executives, founders, leaders, and creatives—who want a trusted partner to help them think bigger, lead more effectively, and create meaningful results.
Coaching & Services
1:1 Coaching
Trained as a Meta Performance™ coach, I work with leaders to break past limits, clarify their vision, and achieve results they once considered impossible. Through personalized coaching engagements, we uncover blind spots, reframe obstacles, and create the conditions for sustainable, transformational growth.
Company Training
Experience culture-shifting training designed to transform how your organization thinks, communicates, and executes. Through one- and two-day immersive experiences, we build a shared language and equip your people with tools that unlock performance at every level.
Women's Vision and Faith Cohort
This is a five-week group coaching cohort created for a small group of women to shape a vision for their future. Through the integrated lenses of faith and vision, you'll learn to recognize where God may be inviting you, clarify what matters most, and move forward with courage and intention.
