A Vision for Women’s Voices

In every setting where I engage with women, the conversation inevitably gravitates toward using our voices and the fears and hesitations that often accompany it. I’ve met women who have felt called to preach for years, but feel completely paralyzed on how to start. Others have incredible testimonies to share, but feel disqualified or inadequate. And some who have a call to leadership, but find themselves silenced by people pleasing, second guessing, or anxiety at the thought of speaking in public. 

I believe that challenges related to using our voices are some of the greatest hurdles women face. There are a myriad of reasons our voices become stifled—family upbringing, societal pressures, past experiences, and fear being some—and this cohort will address these head-on. "Unlock Your Voice" provides a safe space to explore your unique voice, move past obstacles, and gain the tools to unleash your voice into the world! 

Don’t hide or hold back anymore! It’s time to do the work to break free, and step into the dreams that have been stirring in your heart for so long!

Over the last few months a vision has been building in my heart—to embark on a journey with 24 women toward voice freedom. Therefore, I am running TWO COHORTS, starting this Summer, culminating with a final presentation and commissioning at the end of the year!

Women are called to preach and teach, advocate for others, share their own story, lead in their families, and speak truth in places of power and influence. Your voice and calling are intrinsically woven together. But if your voice isn’t free, you’re not free. And the world needs you free.

I am thrilled to announce that for the first time, I will be welcoming guest speakers to the cohort sessions, so you can learn and glean from a range of experienced speakers and leaders.

  • Join me for a total of twelve 90 minute group coaching calls, starting mid June, 2024. Calls will take place virtually on Sunday or Monday evenings, running June-December.

  • Investment:

    Time: This is a 6 month commitment. Each of the two cohorts will be small, tight, and committed to working together for the full 6 months

    Energy: Commit to the work between calls. The most powerful transformation happens for women who engage wholeheartedly in their growth journey and don’t hold back

    Finances: $399 per month. First payment is your deposit, due within 48hrs of application acceptance. The remaining 5 payments will billed on the 5th of each month through automatic withdrawal

    Scholarships: For women in full-time ministry, I have set aside a few spots at reduced prices. If you would like to apply for a scholarship (separate application and reference required) please indicate on the cohort application form.

    Six months of coaching investment into your life. Never underestimate what can happen in a short period of time when you are focused

    Recordings from every session that are yours to keep and rewatch anytime

    Personally developed next steps to immediately implement, further activating your voice. This is learning and action

Ready for one-on-one coaching with Ruthie?

I am offering a very limited number of spots for individuals looking to enhance their group coaching experience with one-on-one coaching. This option is  ideal for women seeking focussed support in unlocking their voice. In addition to everything in the cohort experience, you will also receive:

  • Three 30 minute personal coaching calls with me:

    • Before our first group call to identify your personal voice obstacles

    • Midway through the cohort to process your learning in a personalized setting

    • In the final month of the cohort to clarify next steps in unleashing your voice

Participants engaged in one-on-one coaching will also have the opportunity to submit short speaking videos for feedback directly from me at the end of the cohort.
