Over the last few months a vision has been building in my heart—to embark on a journey with 24 women toward voice freedom. Therefore, I am running TWO COHORTS, starting June 2024, culminating with a final presentation and commissioning at the end of the year! 

Your voice is more than mere sound—it's tool for transformation.

Women are called to preach and teach, advocate for others, share their own story, lead in their families, and speak truth in places of power and influence. Your voice and calling are intrinsically woven together. But if your voice isn’t free, you’re not free. And the world needs you free.

The women's cohort leverages the power of community to facilitate learning and personal development. Women come together to learn from one another, offer support, and provide supportive feedback, embarking on a transformative journey that fosters radical growth.

    It was such a joy to be a part of Ruthie’s cohort! This cohort was a huge part of my year, and I so appreciated having the time and space to reflect on my career and personal growth while on maternity leave.
